Kabad Hatao Private Limited provides doorstep scrap collection services where customers sell recyclable materials such as paper, plastic, metal, and electronic waste. Payments are generally made to customers after the scrap is weighed and verified.
2. Payment to customers
After successful scrap pickup and verification, the payment amount is calculated based on the current scrap rates and weight of the material. Payment is transferred via UPI, bank transfer, or other supported payment methods.
3. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- If a payment error occurs during the transaction.
- If an incorrect payment amount is transferred due to a technical issue.
- If pickup was cancelled after payment was mistakenly processed.

4. Non-refundable situations

5. Refund processing time
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
